EUROPEAN PROJECTS: SUCCESSFUL DESIGN, MANAGEMENT AND FUNDING.

This course aims to improve and maximise participants’ practical skills in the design, management and funding of European projects (Erasmus+ and other actions), from shaping the idea to identifying the right European action that suits our interests and the design of a good project to get the funds. Our expert trainer has over 20 years of experience in designing and managing successful projects. 

Objectives:

  • Acquire knowledge and practical information about EU policies and funding opportunities 2020-2027, mainly Erasmus+, through specific and project- oriented learning sessions and making emphasis on the process of accreditation.
  • Learn and get guidance on the preparation and management of the financial, budgeting and contractual aspects through concrete examples and direct evidences.
  • Learn best practices related to the planning and implementation of the preparatory, visibility, dissemination and follow-up phases through concrete case studies and successful projects.

Course Modules:

  • Module 1: I have been approved an Erasmus Project. Now, what? Introduction to Erasmus + Overview of main actions.
  • Module 2: European Platforms: ESP, EPALE, e-Twinning, etc. How to find partner institutions.
  • Module 3: How to write a successful Project. Accreditation Form practice.
  • Module 4: KA2 small scale and cooperation projects.
  • Module 5: Beneficiary Module and Ulises.
  • Module 6: Integrating the Project in our daily school working.
  • Module 7: Funding and economical management.

If your group includes three or more participants, the course you book becomes confirmed, as three is the minimum number required for a course to take place. If, as a group, you wish to request alternative dates, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your group’s preferences.

Important information for all courses

Schedule: Lessons take place either in the morning or in the afternoon depending on the trainers’ availability. The final schedule will be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to the participants’ arrival. The course provider may make minor last minute changes to the schedule and content if the situation requires it.

Equipment: Participants may be required to bring their own laptop or a tablet, depending on the course.

Course Fee: 400 € per participant for a 5-day course. Accommodation is not included with the fee, however, we are happy to provide recommendations and support you finding hotels, B&Bs, and local properties.

Certificate: Participants must attend at least 80 % of the lessons to obtain the Certificate of Attendance and the Europass Mobility certificate at the end of the course.

Cultural activities: A guided walking tour is a part of each course.

Cancellation Policy: If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course starts, all fees will be refunded.

If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for future courses.

The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.

This course requires a minimum of 3 participants. In the unlikely event of not reaching 3 participants, do not worry, you will have the chance to join an alternative course on the exact same dates.
