ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE: B1/INTERMEDIATE
Our five-day B1 level English course in Seville is specifically designed for adults, particularly Erasmus+ teachers who wish to enhance their English language skills in an immersive environment. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and authentic materials, learners will develop their vocabulary and grammar knowledge while practising conversational skills. Set in the vibrant atmosphere of Seville, this course fosters both personal and professional growth, encouraging participants to communicate confidently in English.
Objectives:
- The primary objective of this course is to significantly improve participants’ English language proficiency, equipping them with the tools to engage effectively in various situations. By balancing vocabulary and grammar topics with practical conversation, learners will gain confidence in their ability to express themselves. The course also emphasises innovative teaching methodologies that can be applied in educational settings. Ultimately, this training aims to empower teachers and learners alike, ensuring they leave with enhanced linguistic skills and a deeper understanding of the English language and its cultural context.
Course Modules:
- Module 1: Expand vocabulary related to daily life and common situations. Practice conversations about daily routines and interests through role play.
- Module 2: Focus on key grammatical structures, including past and future tenses. Interactive grammar exercises and group discussions to reinforce understanding.
- Module 3: Develop listening skills using authentic audio materials, such as podcasts and dialogues. Listening exercises followed by comprehension questions and discussions.
- Module 4: Enhance writing abilities for various contexts, such as emails and short essays. Write and peer-review pieces, focusing on clarity and structure.
- Module 5: Emphasise conversation skills and cultural nuances. Role play discussions on current events and cultural topics, fostering fluency and confidence.
This course aims to empower participants to communicate effectively and confidently in English.

Important information for all courses
Schedule: Lessons take place either in the morning or in the afternoon depending on the trainers’ availability. The final schedule will be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to the participants’ arrival. The course provider may make minor last minute changes to the schedule and content if the situation requires it.
Equipment: Participants may be required to bring their own laptop or a tablet, depending on the course.
Course Fee: 400 € per participant for a 5-day course. Accommodation is not included with the fee, however, we are happy to provide recommendations and support you finding hotels, B&Bs, and local properties.
Certificate: Participants must attend at least 80 % of the lessons to obtain the Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course.
Cultural activities: A guided walking tour is a part of each course.
Cancellation Policy: If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course starts, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for future courses.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
This course requires a minimum of four participants. In the unlikely event of not reaching four participants, do not worry, you will have the chance to join an alternative course on the exact same dates.
