EUROPEAN PROJECTS: SUCCESSFUL DESIGN, MANAGEMENT AND FUNDING.
This course aims to improve and maximise participants’ practical skills in the design, management and funding of European projects (Erasmus+ and other actions), from shaping the idea to identifying the right European action that suits our interests and the design of a good project to get the funds. Our expert trainer has over 20 years of experience in designing and managing successful projects. Do not forget that the deadline to get Erasmus accreditation is in October.

Objectives:
- Acquire knowledge and practical information about EU policies and funding opportunities 2020-2027, mainly Erasmus+, through specific and project- oriented learning sessions and making emphasis on the process of accreditation.
- Learn and get guidance on the preparation and management of the financial, budgeting and contractual aspects through concrete examples and direct evidences.
- Learn best practices related to the planning and implementation of the preparatory, visibility, dissemination and follow-up phases through concrete case studies and successful projects.
Course Modules:
- Module 1: I have been approved an Erasmus Project. Now, what? Introduction to Erasmus + Overview of main actions.
- Module 2: European Platforms: ESP, EPALE, e-Twinning, etc. How to find partner institutions.
- Module 3: How to write a successful Project. Accreditation Form practice.
- Module 4: KA2 small scale and cooperation projects.
- Module 5: Beneficiary Module and Ulises.
- Module 6: Integrating the Project in our daily school working.
- Module 7: Funding and economical management.

Important information for all courses
Schedule: Lessons take place either in the morning or in the afternoon depending on the trainers’ availability. The final schedule will be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to the participants’ arrival. The course provider may make minor last minute changes to the schedule and content if the situation requires it.
Equipment: Participants may be required to bring their own laptop or a tablet, depending on the course.
Course Fee: 400 € per participant for a 5-day course. Accommodation is not included with the fee, however, we are happy to provide recommendations and support you finding hotels, B&Bs, and local properties.
Certificate: Participants must attend at least 80 % of the lessons to obtain the Certificate of Attendance and the Europass Mobility certificate at the end of the course.
Cultural activities: A guided walking tour is a part of each course.
Cancellation Policy: If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course starts, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for future courses.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
This course requires a minimum of 3 participants. In the unlikely event of not reaching 3 participants, do not worry, you will have the chance to join an alternative course on the exact same dates.
