SPANISH LANGUAGE COURSE: A2 ELEMENTARY
This five-day Spanish course is designed specifically for beginners, particularly Erasmus+ teachers and anyone from abroad who want to immerse themselves in the Spanish language. Participants will practise vocabulary and basic grammar in meaningful contexts, enhancing their conversational abilities while experiencing the rich culture of Seville. The course promotes active learning, ensuring that each participant feels confident using Spanish in everyday situations and in their professional environments.
Objectives:
- The primary objective of this course is to provide teachers with foundational Spanish skills that they can apply in their classrooms and daily interactions.
- By maintaining a balanced approach to vocabulary and grammar, participants will learn to construct sentences and engage in conversations effectively.
- Additionally, the course introduces practical methodologies that educators can incorporate into their teaching.
- This comprehensive training ensures that teachers not only improve their language proficiency but also gain valuable tools to inspire their students.
- Ultimately, the course aims to foster both linguistic confidence and pedagogical innovation in a supportive environment.
Course Modules:
- Module 1: Learn common greetings and how to introduce yourself. Role play introducing yourself to classmates.
- Module 2: Explore numbers and how to tell the time. Listen to dialogues and practice asking for the time, etc.
- Module 3: Discover family-related vocabulary and adjectives. Write a short description of your family and share it.
- Module 4: Learn common verbs related to daily routines. Role play discussing your daily activities with a partner.
- Module 5: Focus on food items and shopping phrases. Simulate ordering food in a restaurant or shopping scenario.

If your group includes three or more participants, the course you book becomes confirmed, as three is the minimum number required for a course to take place. If, as a group, you wish to request alternative dates, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your group’s preferences.
Important information for all courses
Schedule: Lessons take place in the morning. The final schedule will be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to the participants’ arrival. The course provider may make minor last minute changes to the schedule and content if the situation requires it.
Equipment: Participants may be required to bring their own laptop or a tablet, depending on the course.
Course Fee: 400 € per participant for a 5-day course. Accommodation is not included with the fee, however, we are happy to provide recommendations and support you finding hotels, B&Bs, and local properties.
Certificate: Participants must attend at least 80 % of the lessons to obtain the Certificate of Attendance and the Europass Mobility certificate at the end of the course.
Cultural activities: A guided walking tour is a part of each course.
Cancellation Policy: If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course starts, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for future courses.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
This course requires a minimum of 3 participants. In the unlikely event of not reaching 3 participants, do not worry, you will have the chance to join an alternative course on the exact same dates.
